We serve two investor types: Solo Investor and Shared Investors.

  • Solo is a single investor willing to pay for a whole unit of flat, townhouse, terrace or duplex.
  • We offer 2 types of Shared Investors –
    • Closed is a minimum of two investors and a maximum of twenty investors
    • Open is an unlimited number of investors pooling funds together to collectively own a piece of each property unit with a minimum investment of US$1000.

Whichever option you chose you will own a piece of a luxurious high income generating property in Ikoyi, Victoria Island, Banana Island, or Ikeja GRA and you get a share of rental income every month.

How does
it work?

Like all investments in Real Estate, investing through us should be considered as long-term. We suggest at least 5 years, but we give an option to exit after 12 months with a guaranteed return made up of income from rent (yield) and higher market value (capital appreciation).

All properties offered on Kiataker aims to give you the best chance to make money from both rental yield and capital appreciation.

Property is listed 

A unit is listed, with total cost minimum off-take per investor, rental yield, capital appreciation and tentative date rental income will start.

Step 1

Open & Close Date

Listing states an opening and closing date (typically 30 days) but once enough funds are raised, the funding is closed and the deal moves to its final stage.

Step 2

Special Purpose Vehicle

The unit is bought in the name of a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) with all approved investors listed as owners and they will be issued share certificates in proportion to their investment, within 2-3 weeks of the funding closing.
